Your role in our team As a Logistics Employee at Decathlon, you'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring smooth operations in our state-of-the-art facility. Your main duties will include:
- Processing orders efficiently using advanced robotic systems
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily goals and targets
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety in all operational processes
- Opportunity to develop into specialized roles such as 'captain' or 'trainer'

What we're looking for The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

- Flexibility to work 32-38 hours per week, including one weekend day
- Availability for various shifts (morning, afternoon/evening, night)
- Excellent command of English
- Valid Dutch passport/visa/work permit
- Residence within a 30-minute radius of our Tilburg warehouse
