SPA Therapist

Responsibilities:

Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other approved wellness treatments. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation within treatment rooms and equipment. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all products and equipment are properly arranged before each appointment. Deliver excellent customer service and create a comfortable, professional, and relaxing client experience. Follow established spa procedures, safety standards, and treatment protocols. Monitor clients during treatments and respond appropriately to their comfort and concerns. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and product usage where required. Properly clean and store treatment equipment after each service. Recommend appropriate spa services or treatment packages based on clients’ needs. Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and communication at all times. Work collaboratively with receptionists, beauty therapists, and other spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Keep up to date with new spa treatments, techniques, products, and industry practices. Support the achievement of customer retention, service quality, and overall spa revenue targets.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a BSC 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
