About Us Sadus Tiles is a handmade cement tiles factory based in Bali, Indonesia. Sadus Tiles is a sister company of Darmada Eco Resort. We create unique, handcrafted cement tiles for beautiful interiors — distributed to villas, resorts, cafés, and design projects across Indonesia and beyond.

The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business, working closely with the Manager across production, sales, customer relations, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across production, sales, and administration
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Handle inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
• Manage and motivate the team
• Monitor inventory levels and stock management
• Prepare regular reports for management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Passion for design, craftsmanship, and artisan products
• Experience in interior design, hospitality, or building materials is a plus
• Based in Sidemen Bali or willing to relocate
