GUEST RELATION OFFICER

Responsible for welcoming and assisting golfers and members, providing information about golf facilities and services, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout their visit to the golf course.

This position will be assigned at Damai Indah Golf - PIK Course (Jakarta Utara )

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Hospitality, or Golf Club is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin is required.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
• Able to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Available to work on weekends or national holidays
