Accountant

Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers. Posting daily transactions into accounting software. Reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support in preparing tax returns, statutory filings, and compliance documentation. Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Monitor expenses and prepare expense reports. Payroll processing and staff reimbursements. Liaise with external auditors when required. Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and Accountant.

Requirements: A minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, or similar). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Integrity, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism. Proximity to Ojodu Berger is an added advantage. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 to 300,000 Monthly (based on experience)
