Technician (North East)

Technician (North East Location) Job Responsibilities: Daily inspection of grounds and facilities to ensure they are in good working order Perform authorised preventive maintenance and determine corrective action pro-actively to minimise ad-hoc requests Attend to all emergencies and tenants’ request/complaints promptly under the supervisor’s instructions Support in upgrading/A&A works as directed by the supervisor Maintain stock list and log of all maintenance and spare parts etc Ensure proper documentation of work records and work orders upon completion Any other ad-hoc work assigned by Superior

Job Requirements: N/ O Level / NITEC with at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in MCST Environment Possess strong Mechanical and Electrical knowledge and skills Able to work well both independently and on a team Meticulous, responsible and able to follow supervisor's instructions Exhibit a positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills
