Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities from start to finish

Allocate and manage manpower, materials, and equipment

Enforce safety and quality standards

Conduct site inspections and safety drills

Resolve on-site issues and delays

Ensure quality assurance of building materials

Ensure detailed documentation, record-keeping, and proper reporting

Communicate with project stakeholders and teams Timely, cost-effective project delivery High safety and quality standards are maintained

Efficient use of resources

Regular, accurate progress updates

Requirements: Degree in building, civil engineering, or any other related field

Minimum of 3 years of site supervision experience

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with construction processes and safety regulations
