Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities Prepare and analyze cost comparisons to support project budgeting and decision-making Obtain quotations and negotiate terms with sub-contractors and suppliers to secure favorable contracts Measure quantities and perform take-offs accurately to ensure precise project costing Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts, settlements, and sub-contractor payments to maintain financial control Perform all other quantity surveying tasks necessary to support project delivery and contract administration Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its relevant. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in main contractor companies Proven ability to negotiate contracts, administer contracts, and manage variation orders Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive team player capable of meeting tight deadline。 5-day work week in an A1 company
