ICT Technical Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting overseas factories and regional operations by ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure to implement IT projects, maintain corporate standards, and support business growth.
• Provide guidance, advisory and control to infrastructure team and specific projects from pre-study to delivery.
• Support project implementation and resolve technical issue.
• Manage Infrastructure by using code or tools for automation and simplification.

Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or regional IT support. Hand on experience wide infrastructure products on Linux and Microsoft platform AD /DNS / Exchange / SQL Sold experience on configuration network configuration. Infrastructure as code: Linux / PowerShell / Terraform / Ansible /Docker / K8s / Kubernetes / Coding / scripting language such as XML, JSON,YAML Proficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred and will be considered an advantage in supporting business operations and stakeholder communications in China. Travel is required.
