Your challenge: To sell the best hotel in Maastricht!

As National MICE Sales Manager, you are responsible for achieving the budgeted MICE revenue. You are always looking for new leads and opportunities. You make sure goals are achieved. You will be spending 4 days per week on the road, looking for new business. You will be part of the Commercial Team and report directly to the Commercial Manager.

Your main tasks:

• Being responsible for the budgeted MICE revenue, you will be driving profitable MICE revenue and market share growth;
• Researching, identifying and establishing new business sales contacts, developing relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients;
• Strategic account management;
• Creating a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity;

Your day to day job:

• Client acquisition, sales calls, sales blitzes (responsible for your own agenda);
• Fairs & exhibitions;
• Attending several IHG Sales events
