Missions

Join the CACIB Sustainable Investment Banking team, based in Dubai. The team partners with all Credit Agricole CIB business lines, as well as the Coverage Department, in originating, structuring and executing sustainable finance transactions, i.e. financing transactions which embed a social and environmental component, for example: green / social / sustainability bonds and loans, sustainability-linked finance products, ESG ratings advisory.

Your main missions will be:

Sectorial analysis and monitoring of the green, social and sustainability bond market trends; monitoring of market databases.

Preparation of client pitches, RFP responses and discussion materials for potential transactions.

Participation in the execution of mandated transactions (drafting sustainable finance frameworks, coordinating second party opinion reviews, drafting investor presentations, investor profiles, etc.).

Monitoring and analysis of the sustainability reporting prepared by green and social bond issuers.

Participation in analyzing assets and projects eligible for a green or social bond or for an impact investment project.

Assistance to the team in all other daily tasks.

To be eligible for a VIE :

Be less than 28 years old.

Be graduated with a Master Degree.

Be EU citizen.

Critères candidat

Niveau d'études minimum : Bac +5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation : Preferred specialisation is Sustainable Finance or Environmental Sciences.

Niveau d'expérience minimum : 0 - 2 ans

Expérience : Prior experience in global financial markets or with ESG rating agencies will be an advantage.

Outils informatiques

High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Langues

Fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic or French are advantageous.
