Mission overview

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Dubai as GMD Structurer. You will be part of the Global Markets Division - Structuring team.

Your concrete missions will be the following:

Strategy and business development:

You design tailored financial solutions for clients, working closely with sales, trading, and risk management teams. You contribute to new product development by monitoring market trends and regulatory changes. You support and train sales teams on products and pricing tools. You report regularly to management and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Managing and reporting:

Reporting: Structurer, MEA; report to the management on an ad-hoc basis where business dictates and requires (e.g. NBI and commercial performance locally, sensitive files).

Risk:

Adhere to CA-CIB policies and be alert to risks arising from transactions for the bank and clients. Seek validation by Trading, CPL, or LGL (as relevant) on all transactions involving a risk position by the bank. Take into account compliance and reputational risks in the design of solutions for clients. Ensure adequacy of the solution with respect to the client's objectives.

Legal and regulatory responsibilities:

You comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, and complete all mandatory training accordingly. You report any fraud or financial crime risk to the dedicated compliance officer. You maintain the skills and certifications required to perform your role.

Eligibility for a VIE

Be less than 28 years old

Be postgraduate of a Master degree

Be EU citizen

Candidate criteria

Minimum education level: Bac +5 / M2 and above

Academic background: Finance engineering, Quantitative finance, Structuring

Minimum experience level: 0 - 2 years

Experience: Experience in dealing room

Structuring skills (pricing, writing term sheets, product design, execution, etc.)

Good understanding of financial instruments

Mathematical-minded

IT literate - fluent in spreadsheet, VBA, and coding
