Part-Time Admin with CEI Certification We are looking for a reliable, organised and efficient person to work closely with the owner of an established maid agency. This is a permanent part-time fully remote role covering client coordination and administrative support. The role suits someone who values flexibility and is comfortable working independently.

• able to coordinate with overseas counterparts;
• willing to learn and familiarise themselves with the business.
• having a valid CEI certificate is a must. Experience not mandatory, guidance will be provided.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up with clients
• Complete routine administrative and documentation processes
• Prepare simple balance sheets and basic financial records
• Follow up on payment matters
• Liaise with overseas counterparts to prepare documents
• Maintain records and follow through on outstanding matters

Working arrangement This is a permanent part-time position, only 3 days x 3 hours a week – any day of the week is fine. The working hours are flexible and can be arranged by mutual agreement, with some ad-hoc updates or matters to be attended to when required. We value flexibility and trust, and in return, we expect reliability, efficiency and ownership of the work assigned.
