HR cum Account

Critical Responsibilities Human Resources & Payroll: Process monthly payroll, compute overtime, and handle statutory submissions like CPF and tax clearances. Manage recruitment processes, job postings, resume screening, and onboarding/offboarding documentation. Track employee attendance, leave applications, and manage personnel records or databases. Handle work pass/permit applications, renewals, and ensure alignment with local labor regulations (such as MOM rules in Singapore). Accounting & Finance: Execute daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and payment voucher preparation. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. Assist in preparing full-set accounts, general ledger entries, or financial reports depending on experience level.
