*Overview* We are seeking a experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall food service process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, food safety, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

*Duties*

• Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
• Cook and assemble dishes with attention to presentation and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines
• Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
• Support the kitchen team during busy hours, ensuring timely service
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and handling
• Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the shift

*Qualifications*

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong understanding of serving, meal preparation, and food handling procedures
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
• Basic knowledge of the food industry standards and customer service expectations
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in all aspects of work

Pay: $19.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 ? 40.0 per week
