Warehouse Staff

We are for a Warehouse Staff to join our team!

Job Description

• Handle daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, inventory handling, and stock organization
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage and retrieval
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and within SLA
• Perform regular stock counts (cycle count and full stock count)
• Update stock movement and transactions
• Receive, check, and store incoming goods properly
• Assist in QC items when needed.
• Identify and report discrepancies such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling inventory or stock
• Good understanding of E-Commerce / Marketplace platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of stock management, including FIFO principles
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) & familiar with Jubelio system
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team
