NPD Senior Staff

Manage all activities related to New Product Development (NPD) to ensure successful and timely product launches, maintain high quality standards, and facilitate effective coordination among HQ, clients, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate NPD projects with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams.
2. Review technical information of filling and packing before mass production and provide feedback.
3. Oversee trial production and pilot runs to ensure smooth scale-up.
4. Lead filling and packing trials when required.
5. Lead troubleshooting for complaints or quality issues in the first production orders.
6. Monitor NPD project milestones, feasibility, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
7. Act as the key contact point between HQ, clients, and internal functions to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science or related field. Previous experience in New Product Development, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai to coordinate with headquarters and clients. Strong passion for the beauty industry and a good understanding of market trends. Exceptional project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail, strong planning and organizing skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.
