Job Summary
You will collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making across HR, recruitment, operations, and business development teams.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business sources to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform and support business decisions
- Collaborate with HR, recruitment, operations, and business development teams to understand and fulfill data requirements
- Maintain accurate databases ensuring data quality and consistency for reliable analysis
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights to management for performance improvement
- Assist in optimizing reporting processes and data analysis workflows to enhance efficiency
- Present data findings and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders for informed decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to business data contexts
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
