[Gov] Up to $5700 | Manager, Operations and Partnerships

Title: Manager Salary: $5600 + $100 Duration: Till 31 March 2027 Responsibilities: Oversee operations for assigned areas, ensuring SLA targets are met (engagements, service quality, reporting)

Lead, coach, and performance manage a team

Ensure deployment plans align with project priorities and manpower availability

Conduct regular ground visits to assess service quality and operational compliance

Handle escalations, service recovery, and client/stakeholder communications

Analyse engagement data and recommend operational improvements

Coordinate with Project Management and other teams for cross-support during campaigns

Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in a related field

Strong leadership presence, able to inspire and hold teams accountable

Commercially aware, able to spot growth opportunities and optimize resources

High emotional intelligence, can manage diverse teams and client expectations

Results-driven, committed to meeting and exceeding SLAs

Problem-solver, able to make sound decisions under pressure

Adaptable & comfortable in a fast-paced, changing operational environment
