6-Month Contract | Procurement & Supplier Management

Looking for a role where you can gain experience in procurement systems, supplier management and SAP Ariba? Join our statutory board and support the daily operations of our supplier Management Portal.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with supplier onboarding and registration
• Support suppliers with portal and account issues
• Troubleshoot and follow up on system issues
• Maintain and update supplier data
• Perform basic data checking and Excel tasks
• Support UAT and system testing
• Prepare simple user guides and FAQs
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT or related fields
• Comfortable using procurement or ERP systems
• SAP Ariba experience is an advantage but not required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
