Maintenance Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the operational efficiency of vehicle facilities and circuit systems.
• Manage and guide the technical staff and technical officer team, providing effective maintenance and repair services.
• Communicate and collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers, supervise projects, maintenance, repairs, shutdowns and major overhauls, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Regularly inspect the workplace, systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and submit costs and quotations to support project and maintenance budgets.
• Respond promptly to user requests and feedback on malfunction issues, coordinate with the team to ensure timely problem resolution.
• Regularly inspect and maintain vehicles, maintain accurate maintenance lists and records.
• Assist the safety team in conducting risk assessments in accordance with workplace safety and health policies and practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications to record and report maintenance activities and communicate.

Required skills and certifications

• Vehicle repair or mechanical maintenance professional, at least 3 years of vehicle maintenance management experience
• Any diploma or degree related to mechanical management
• Solid technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Effective communication skills and teamwork ability
