Service Sales Manager – Heat Exchanger & Cooler Refurbishment

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for heat exchanger and cooler refurbishment services.
• Generate new business and manage long-term service contracts (LTSAs).
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the refinery, petrochemical, and power sectors.
• Coordinate with service operations to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements and industry standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical/service sales for heat exchangers or related industrial equipment.
• Strong exposure to refinery, petrochemical, or power plant industries.
• Sound knowledge of ASME BPVC and TEMA standards.
• Experience in managing long-term service contracts (LTSAs) and shutdown/turnaround projects.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required
