  • Manage buyers, styles and orders from development to shipment.
  • Communicate directly with buyers in fluent English.
  • Review tech packs, POs, BOMs, samples, materials and delivery requirements.
  • Manage sampling, costing, material readiness and T&A / Critical Path.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, Warehouse and Shipping.
  • Monitor production, identify risks and drive corrective actions.

  • Bachelor’s/College degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser. Candidates with experience in backpacks, bags, or garment export manufacturing are preferred.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication, including email correspondence.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
