Store Head

Location: Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc Province Industry: Automotive Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a Store Head to manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, material control, and warehouse team performance in an automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong warehouse management experience and knowledge of SAP warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and physical inventory control.
• Maintain accurate warehouse transactions in SAP.
• Ensure timely material supply to support production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and improve inventory turnover.
• Reduce obsolete inventory and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse team members.
• Ensure warehouse safety, 5S, EHS, and quality compliance.
• Analyze warehouse KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse operations, Inventory management, Material control, SAP MM / Warehouse Management
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
