Planning Manager
📍 Location: Dat Do Factory, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu About the Role / Giới thiệu công việc We are looking for a Planning Manager to oversee production planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations. This role ensures smooth and cost-efficient production flow, meeting customer demand while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chính
- Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts.
- Determine required materials and generate purchase requests.
- Ensure consistent and adequate supply of materials for production.
- Schedule and oversee supply and delivery of materials.
- Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding production schedules and deadlines.
- Determine manpower and equipment needed to meet production demand.
- Monitor jobs to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Address issues promptly to minimize disruption.
- Prepare and submit performance reports, analyzing gaps between plan and actual.
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for delivery of finished products.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, maintenance, production, quality control, and warehouse teams.
Qualifications & Skills / Yêu cầu & Kỹ năng
- At least 3 years of experience as Planning Manager/Supervisor.
- Experience in feed or food industry.
- Experience in warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Experience with MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning).
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Good math and statistical skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- English communication ability.
- Logistics experience is an advantage.
