Finance Data Analyst

Job Description

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual statements).
• Collect, consolidate, and validate financial data from multiple departments and systems.
• Assist in coordinating financial planning activities and preparing executive summaries for management and stakeholders.
• Support the development of automated reports and interactive dashboards to convert complex data into meaningful insights and enable real-time analysis.
• Develop a solid understanding of financial processes and contribute to the smooth execution of cross-functional or harmonized projects.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power Query for managing large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative), with experience building customized reporting models and templates based on business requirements.
• Working knowledge of Power BI/SQL and SAP (or other ERP/financial systems) is a plus.
• Python is preferred.
• Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about streamlining processes and continuous improvement.
• Communication and presentation skills; confident in engaging with senior leadership.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
