Your tasks

1. Product Development & Technical Execution

• Lead and execute assigned product development projects from concept, formulation, laboratory evaluation, stability testing, pilot production, scale-up, validation, and commercialisation.

• Conduct formulation development and laboratory experimentation involving raw materials, emulsification systems, processing techniques, and packaging compatibility using both conventional and innovative approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related scientific discipline.

• Minimum 5–7 years' relevant R&D experience in a manufacturing environment, including experience leading product development projects from concept through commercialisation.

• Strong experience in formulation development, laboratory testing, product validation, manufacturing scale-up, and technical problem-solving.
