1. ACCOUNTING & COSTING (Core)

• Record all transactions daily in FAST accounting software
• Issue e-invoices for B2B, retail and e-commerce sales (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Calculate COGS per production batch / PO from contract manufacturers

(raw & packaging materials, tolling fee, logistics)

• Reconcile inventory (in/out/stock) monthly with warehouse and 3PL partners

1. REPORTING, TAX...

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance
• 3+ years as General Accountant, preferably in FMCG / F&B or an FDI company
• Hands-on experience with FAST software and Vietnamese tax regulations
• Experience with export VAT refunds and foreign loan registration is a strong plus
• Business-level English required; Korean is a plus
