Manual Tester Leader (Banking - 1 Month Contract)

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, test data, and checklists.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Test banking functionalities such as:
• Customer onboarding / KYC
• Account opening and account management
• Deposits and withdrawals
• Fund transfers and payments
• Domestic/international transactions
• Loan and interest calculations
• Cards and ATM transactions
• Internet/mobile banking
• Transaction limits and fees
• Statements and reporting
• Validate transaction processing and ensure data consistency between front-end and back-end systems.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using tools such as Jira or similar.
• Perform defect retesting and regression testing.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other QA engineers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in test planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress, risks, and results.
• Support UAT, SIT, and production validation when required.
