BIM Annotator (Remote - Night shift, Open for Fresher)

Role description

• Receive and manage on-site video data that has been automatically processed into 360° panoramic imagery.
• Ensure precise alignment and integration between real site imagery, 2D drawings, and 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling) models.
• Export and deliver high-quality final output data to customers on schedule.
• Experience in PC-based general office work and data / document management (mandatory)

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related technical field — or work experience at a
• company in those fields
• Able to pick up new software and web-based tools / viewers quickly and apply them to work immediately
• Experience with 3D modeling and BIM tools (entry-level applicants welcome)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate smoothly in a team-based environment
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints written in English

macOS 8-core GPU, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD Windows Intel Core i7-13650HX, NVIDIA RTX 4060, 512 GB SSD (minimum 32 GB RAM and a dedicated / discrete graphics card are mandatory) Internet Wired Ethernet connection, or a high-performance Wi-Fi router capable of approximately 100 Mbps
