Own the Quality Strategy: Design, implement, and own comprehensive test plans (functional, integration, performance, security) for complex web and mobile applications. Champion Automation: Build and maintain robust automated testing frameworks from scratch using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to drive efficiency and reliability. Drive Defect Prevention: Collaborate closely with developers on root cause analysis, embedding quality standards and preventative measures directly into the development lifecycle. Mentor and Lead: Guide junior Quality Assurance engineers, share industry best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team. What You’ll Bring: Must-have: Experience: 5+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. Manual Testing Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in designing, executing, and maintaining functional test cases, end-to-end user journey validation, and cross-platform testing (web, mobile, and API). Skilled in requirement analysis, test scenario design, regression testing, and exploratory testing to ensure full business flow coverage and user experience consistency. Automation Architecture: Proven expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks using a modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Performance Engineering: Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, K6) to identify and analyze system bottlenecks. Application Security: Strong knowledge of application security principles (OWASP Top 10) and practical experience with security testing tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, SonarQube). Technical Proficiency: Deep experience testing complex systems, including web, mobile (iOS/Android), and RESTful APIs. Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI). Expertise in Agile methodologies and associated tools (Jira, TestRail). Proven experience in E-commerce domain (mandatory), including platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar. Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues with clarity and precision to diverse stakeholders. Nice to have: Technical Skills: Azure Ecosystem: Strong experience with Azure Containers, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and Azure Storage. AI Testing: Familiarity with testing AI-driven workflows, RAG-based systems, and Copilot integrations. Infrastructure Testing: Experience validating IaC (Terraform/ARM) and automated environment setups. Domain Knowledge: Experience in SaaS/Multi-tenant architectures and Microsoft 365 environment auditing. Critical Mindset: Focus on Data Integrity when migrating data from on-premise to Cloud.
