*About the Role* We?re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Purchaser to source the materials, equipment, and services that keep our operations running smoothly. You?ll work closely with warehouse and project teams, maintain solid supplier relationships, and secure the best pricing?all while keeping inventory on track and projects moving.

*What You?ll Do*

• Purchase goods, materials, and services efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with inventory and project teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Verify shipments and manage vendor documentation, quotes, and bids.
• Oversee contracts, service agreements, customs, shipping, and invoices.
• Monitor market trends and advise teams on pricing, lead times, and shortages.
• Resolve vendor issues, negotiate returns, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies.

*What You Bring*

• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes; contracting experience is a plus.
• Experience with steel or aluminum (especially beams/plates) is an asset.
• Ability to read engineering drawings is an asset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in software systems and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and perform under pressure.
• Multitasking and problem solving
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
