Position:

GUEST SERVICE AGENT (GSA)

📍 Location: Jl. Tirta Tawar, Ubud, Bali

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male or female.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Guest Service Agent, Front Office staff, or in a similar position.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
• Well-groomed and able to work as part of a team.
• Familiar with reservation systems and basic computer operations.
• Able to handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Knowledge of the Ubud area is an advantage.
• Able to join immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about villa facilities and nearby attractions.
• Maintain high service standards at all times.

COMPENSATION & TERMS:

Salary: Rp3.300.000 (Basic) + Service Charge + BPJS Probation Period: 3 bulan
