IT Business Analyst

Onsite Mon-Fri MRT Lumpini ** 12 months contract

• Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, SRS, Use Cases)
• Translate requirements into system specs, APIs, and data mappings
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and system integrations
• Coordinate with stakeholders, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Support testing, defect resolution, and ensure requirement alignment
• Lead and mentor team members while supporting planning and estimation

Qualifications: 3-4+ years of experience in Business Analyst. Ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English (verbal and written). Strong technical problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
