Bricklayer/Mason – Underground Utility Structures

Civil X Utilities Limited, Murmod, Virginia, Co. Cavan, Ireland, requires Bricklayers/Masons to construct, repair and reinstate masonry structures associated with underground utility works.

Duties include:

• building block and brick manholes and chambers
• laying kerbs
• preparing mortar
• installing covers and frames
• repairing masonry and completing associated finishing works in accordance with drawings and specifications.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bricklayer/Mason is required. Suitable references of experience are essential. Candidates must be capable of working independently and familiar with health and safety requirements in Ireland.

Salary: €48,144.72 per annum (€23.74 per hour), based on a 39-hour week.
