Are you friendly, organized, and great at helping people feel confident about their care? We?re looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team!
Your tasks
In this role, you?ll help patients understand their recommended treatment, answer questions, and coordinate their next steps. You?ll work closely with our dentists and team to make each patient?s experience welcoming and smooth.
What you?ll do:
- Review treatment plans with patients and explain their options
- Help patients understand fees and insurance coverage
- Follow up with patients about recommended treatment
- Coordinate appointments with the clinical team
- Keep patient records and follow-up notes up to date
Requirements
What we?re looking for:
- A warm, professional approach with patients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confidence discussing treatment and financial options
- Dental office experience is a MUST
- Dental Admin / Treatment Coordination : 4 years (preferred)
What we offer
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
