As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and delivering outstanding service, aligning with our commitment to excellence and teamwork. *Responsibilities*

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
• Supervise food preparation, cooking, and food safety procedures.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Manage staff schedules and coordinate team activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new employees and developing existing staff.
• Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

*Qualifications*

• Proven supervising or managerial experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous restaurant or culinary experience is preferred.
• Experience with food preparation, cooking, or barista duties is advantageous.
