Requirements

1. Minimum SMK in Hospitality/Hotel Management or other relevant fields.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Understanding of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
4. Able to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant area.
5. Good attention to detail and able to work independently or as part of a team.
6. Willing to be placed in Seminyak or Canggu, Bali.
7. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.

Job Description

1. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant area, including dining area, public areas, and facilities.
2. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, floors, windows, and other restaurant facilities.
3. Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing hygiene supplies when needed.
4. Ensure cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies are properly used, stored, and maintained.
5. Conduct regular checks of the restaurant area and promptly clean any spills, dirt, or other hazards.
6. Assist in maintaining cleanliness during restaurant operations, including before opening and after closing.
7. Report any damaged facilities, maintenance issues, or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor or Manager.
