Resident Technical Officer (Architectural, APS Contract)

Duties and Responsibilities: Site Supervision  – Supervise architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements. Quality Inspection  – Inspect workmanship, materials and finishes; identify defects and ensure proper rectification. Technical Coordination  – Check shop drawings, material submissions and architectural details; coordinate interfaces with other trades. Contractor Coordination  – Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and consultants, monitor progress and report site issues to the RA/QP. Site Records & Handover  – Maintain daily reports, inspection records and photographs; assist with defects, completion and project handover. Perform duties assigned by superior. Job Specification: Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field. At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context. The Resident Technical Officer(Architecture) shall be dedicated full time on Site, not less than 6 months before BSC until CWW is obtained. Location: Tampines.
