Site Manager – Plumbing & Sanitary

PositionOverview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee our projects, manage site teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will be the primary authority on-site, responsible for execution of all plumbing,drainage, and sanitary installations. You will lead field teams, manage sub-contractors, ensure strict compliance with local plumbing codes, and interface directly with main contractors, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring work meets approved drawings and specifications.
• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and coordinate site supervisors, direct labour teams, and sub-contractors.
• Progress & Scheduling: Track project milestones, manage materials procurement, and ensure the project remains on timeline and within budget.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all workmanship complies with quality standards, engineering designs, and building regulations.
• Safety Management: Enforce strict workplace health and safety protocols on-site to maintain a zero-accident environment.
• Technical Coordination: Resolve on-site technical discrepancies, review shop drawings, and coordinate closely with MEP engineers and main contractors.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site diaries, progress reports, variation orders, and material inspection records.
