- Customer Service & Sales
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Assist customers with product recommendations and promote upselling opportunities.
- Drive sales performance by encouraging staff to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to support customers effectively.
- Staff Supervision & Training
- Supervise daily activities of store staff.
- Train new employees on store procedures, customer service standards, POS systems, and product knowledge.
- Conduct ongoing coaching and performance monitoring.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Motivate the team to maintain high performance and teamwork.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Trigger purchase orders or replenishment requests when stock reaches minimum levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers or purchasing teams for timely stock replenishment.
- Manage damaged, expired, or slow-moving inventory appropriately.
- Store Operations & System Management
- Operate and oversee POS/store management systems accurately.
- Ensure all transactions, stock movements, and reports are properly recorded in the system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Monitor sales performance and prepare performance reports.
- Assist management in implementing promotional campaigns and merchandising activities.
- Track store expenses and minimize operational losses.
- Support store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications: •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. •Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or store supervision •Experience in merchandise, fashion, sports retail, or lifestyle retail is an advantage. •Strong customer service and communication skills •Sales-driven with good upselling ability. •Leadership and team management skills. •Knowledge of inventory management and stock control •Familiarity with POS and inventory systems. •Good problem-solving and organizational skills •Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks •Basic computer literacy (Excel, POS systems, reporting tools
