Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced recruitment executive to join us. As a recruitment executive, you will use your knowledge and expertise to recruit driven and talented candidates to join our cybersecurity, data analytics and software engineering teams. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement as well as the management of scholarships.

Responsibilities Partner and liaise with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment strategies and channels

Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates for diverse technical roles

Derive remuneration packages and manage offers to selected candidates

Manage candidates through the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate screening to final placement

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) Background in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related discipline

A good understanding or keen interest in information technology and the technical skills required of our candidates

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Team player, with good planning ability and meticulous with details

Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Aspiring candidates who do not meet all the job requirements will be considered based on individuals’ merits

Prior agency and/or in-house end-to-end recruitment experience would be an advantage
