Then apply for our position as (Liquid Handling) Automation Specialist (80 – 100 %)  As part of our highly specialized automation team, you will translate biochemical assays into robust, high-throughput-ready robotic routines. Your key responsibilities include programming using VENUS and EVOware software, as well as regularly verifying the performance of our robots. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in the successful deployment of liquid-handling robots to enhance assay performance and throughput, thereby helping to secure Celerion’s competitive position. Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life-science discipline (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology). (Please note: this role targets a life-science background; engineering degrees are not the intended profile)Solid understanding of immunoassays and/or chromatographic methodsAt least 1 year demonstrated hands-on experience programming Hamilton liquid-handling robots using VENUS software  to support automated workflows in a regulated laboratory environment Good written and spoken German is beneficialHighly collaborative and service-oriented mindsetStrong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approachStructured, detail-oriented, and quality-focusedAble to balance development work with operational supportExperience with general-purpose programming languages such as Python, VB or SQL is beneficial but not required; proven Hamilton VENUS method-programming experience is essential.
