Our client, a key player in the community care sector, is seeking suitable candidates to join its team in shaping strategies and driving the future development of the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sector-wide plans that promote coordinated, community-based care for seniors.
• Design funding models, incentives and evaluation frameworks to support desired care outcomes.
• Drive the transformation and future planning of the Community Care Sector.
• Build stakeholder partnerships and oversee data collection and analysis to identify sector needs and recommend initiatives.
• Support key Programme Office workstreams and ensure alignment with broader policy objectives.
• Provide secretariat support for key meetings and stakeholder platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in strategy/ policy/development and/ or community care
• Candidates familiar with national policies will be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with effective interpersonal, stakeholder management skills
• Able to work well independently as well as in a team setting
