ASSITANT PLANT MANAGER

Job Description: Assists in planning, organizing, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of plant operations to ensure efficient and continuous production. Reviews market trends and analyze customer requirements to support production planning and operational decision-making. Monitors and evaluates workforce performance and productivity to ensure that employees meet established operational standards and targets. Assists in achieving the company’s production and sales objectives by ensuring that plant operations are aligned with company strategies and business goals. Implements and monitors cost-effective control over operating expenses, manpower utilization, wages, and salaries to improve operational efficiency and manage costs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• With at least 3 years of experience in a related field
• Expert strategic thinking and decision making
• Must be fluent in Chinese and English languages (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships
