As a Cato Professional Services Project Coordinator , you will be a trusted advisor to our customers to help see them through their SASE transformation journey. You will provide technical guidance and direction to ensure the Cato SASE solution's smooth and successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage a portfolio of Professional Services engagements

Monitor incoming Professional Services opportunities and prioritize conditional order requests when required

Assign Professional Services resources to closed opportunities and coordinate internal handoffs

Lead engagement initialization activities for customers and partners

Communicate project scope, timelines, deliverables, engagement expectations, engagement terms, and available service hours

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer projects throughout the delivery lifecycle

Provide proactive engagement status reporting and updates to external and internal stakeholders

Track service consumption and notify stakeholders when engagements approach utilization thresholds

Identify inactive or stalled engagements and proactively engage stakeholders to drive progress

Coordinate internal resource allocation and confirm ownership across teams

Review and approve timecards while ensuring milestones and engagement closures remain on track and within budget

Act as the first point of contact for customer escalations within the portfolio of engagements

Drive stakeholder alignment through clear, structured, and proactive communications

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness and scalability

Support customer satisfaction initiatives and help drive customer experience improvements

Assist with contractor coordination and capacity management initiatives to support scaling of the organization

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in resource coordination, project administration, professional services operations, customer success operations, or a related role

Experience coordinating multiple concurrent customer-facing projects in a fast-paced technology environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders

Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Operations teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation

Ability to proactively identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution

Experience with project management, CRM, and collaboration platforms

Ability to travel up to 10-15% for team and company events

Professional Services, SaaS, networking, or cybersecurity industry experience is highly desirable

Comfortable working within a geographically distributed and diverse global organization

Solid command of the English language (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus
