Staff Nurse

Responsible for providing direct nursing care to an assigned group of elderly residents. Implement nursing interventions as outlined in the nursing care plan for each resident. Evaluate the resident’s response to care interventions and recommend revision of care plan as necessary. Assist in Doctor’s rounds and in the treatment and examination of residents. Administer medications and update in-patient medical records. Provide clinical guidance to junior nursing staff. Perform other administrative services in the respective Ward. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Nursing. Valid Practising Certificate from SNB. A team player with good interpersonal skills and possess effective managerial qualities. Able to work under pressure. Able to perform shift duty.
