Front Of House - Southampton
Location: PO15 7JZ Temporary Cover | £12.71 per hour Hours: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Catch 22 are looking for a professional, personable and customer-focused Welcome Host / Front of House Coordinator to provide temporary cover at a professional commercial site in the PO15 7JZ area.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong reception, hospitality or front-of-house experience who enjoys creating an excellent first impression and delivering a high standard of service to occupiers and visitors.
Training & Initial Cover Dates
Training: 15th & 16th October, 9:00am - 12:00pm Cover: 19th October - 16th November Working hours: 12:00pm - 6:00pm Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
The Role
You will provide a warm, professional welcome to occupiers, visitors and contractors while supporting the overall tenant experience within the building.
Duties will include:
- Delivering an exceptional front-of-house and welcome service
- Building positive relationships with occupiers and regular visitors
- Supporting tenant engagement and community activities
- Assisting with events and wellbeing initiatives
- Liaising professionally with visitors, contractors and building teams
- Supporting tenant communications and engagement
- Promoting building activities and helping create a welcoming environment
- Providing general building operations and front-of-house support
What We're Looking For
- Previous Front of House, Reception, Welcome Host or Hospitality experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, well-presented and approachable
- Confident dealing with occupiers, visitors and contractors
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Reliable and flexible
- Must be available for the training dates and full cover period
