Full job description

We are seeking to add a driven and meticulous executive assistance who wishes to utilize their experience in a fast paced environment, where our focus is on serving injured victims and the legal community with creative financing solutions. Candidates should have at least THREE (3) years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively organize and prioritize the daily activities, prepare correspondence, arrange conference calls, sales calls for the team
  • Create and prepare a variety of reports, presentations, and documents
  • Book travel schedules and hotel reservations
  • Assist with coordinating logistics of meetings, special projects, and events
  • Supporting Marketing and Operations team on various projects
  • Maintaining SalesForce CRM and various databases of contacts
  • Respond to client and lawyer requests and concerns in a timely manner
  • Proactively follow up and maintain effective communication with counterparties
  • Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to prioritize as required and ?roll up your sleeves?
  • Time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is an asset
