The Role
You'll guide clients through designing uniquely meaningful jewellery or selecting precious Wearable Wishes. This position combines jewellery design, gem knowledge with relationship-building skills to create memorable client experiences in order to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients on designs and selection of suitable jewellery for milestone occasions using expert knowledge of gems and design
- Ask insightful questions to help clients discover what they didn't know they needed
- Be an attentive listener to create win-win solutions for both clients and Carrie K.
- Create exceptional customer experiences that generate repeat business and referrals
- Build and maintain a client portfolio to proactively achieve sales targets
- Manage client design orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock is well-presented
- Create appealing visual displays that elevate the brand experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fine jewellery sales or fine jewellery design
- Experience and training in gemstone
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to build lasting client relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
